Karinva publishes research about crypto assets. It is not financial advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or to sell anything. This page says what that means in practice, in the same plain terms the rest of the site is written in.
What Karinva Is
Karinva is a research publication. It reads a project, applies a published rule to what it finds, and publishes one verdict: Hold, Watch or Avoid.
It is not a broker, a dealer, an exchange, an investment adviser, a fund or a manager of anyone's money. It holds no client money, takes custody of no asset, and executes nothing. There is no account to open here, no order to place and no product to buy.
Everything on this site is published to be read. That is the whole of the relationship.
What a Verdict Means
A verdict answers one question: does this token have a reason to exist, and is it likely to still make sense in ten years. That is a judgment about whether something lasts. It is not a judgment about what it costs.
Hold does not mean buy now. Watch does not mean wait for a better entry. Avoid does not mean sell. Not one of the three says anything about a price, in any direction, over any period.
A verdict is also not addressed to you. It is reached about a project, not about a person, and the same word is published to everyone who opens the page.
What Karinva Does Not Produce
Karinva does not produce a price, a target, an entry, a position size or a moment to act. The statement gives the reason: these are the limit of what we believe can be stated honestly about an asset. This page states the same fact as a fact about the site rather than as a belief about the work.
Nothing published here takes account of your income, your obligations, your tax position, how long you intend to hold or how much you can afford to lose. A document that knows none of those things is not advice and is not offered as any.
We Can Be Wrong
Every verdict is produced by a published rule from a data pack sealed before scoring begins, and every scorecard is read in full and signed off by a person before it publishes. Neither of those makes a verdict correct.
The reading can be wrong. A source can be wrong. A run repeated on newer data can move a verdict from one band to another, and we say so on the pages themselves rather than only here.
A scorecard is current as of the date printed at the foot of it. It is not updated continuously, and nothing on this site tells you when something has changed since you last read it.
What We Hold
The people who write these assessments invest in this market. We hold a portfolio of roughly ten tokens, and some of them are covered on this site.
We may buy or sell any of them at any time, without notice, and without anything published here changing. A verdict is never a signal about what we are doing with our own money, and no page here is written to move a price we are exposed to.
No project pays Karinva for coverage, for a listing or for a verdict, in any form. That is stated at the foot of every scorecard and it is stated here.
The Risk Is Yours
Crypto assets are volatile and many of them end up worth nothing. Losing everything you put in is an ordinary outcome in this market rather than an unusual one, and it can happen to an asset this site has given its most favourable verdict to.
Whatever you decide after reading a page here is your decision and your risk. If you want advice that accounts for your circumstances, the person to ask is a licensed professional in your own country.
Links to Other Sites
Scorecards cite their sources, and those citations lead off this site. We do not control what is on those pages and we cannot promise they still say what they said when we read them.
A citation is a record of what a judgment rested on. It is not an endorsement of the organisation behind it.
