Nothing you give us, because there is nothing here to give. No form, no sign-up, no comment box, no mailing list, no account.

Nothing on this site asks for your name, your email address, your location or anything else about you. What reaches us is what reaching any website reaches: a request for a page.

Karinva sets no cookies. Nothing is stored in your browser between visits, and there is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.

The language you read in is decided by the address you are at rather than by anything remembered about you. www.karinva.com is English and www.karinva.com/es is Spanish, and switching is a matter of changing the address.

There are none. Karinva counts no visits, builds no profile of any reader and runs no advertising or marketing pixel of any kind. Nothing here follows you to another site, and nothing followed you here.

We may add ordinary audience measurement, and we may at some point offer a way to receive new scorecards by email. Neither exists today. This page will say so before either starts, rather than after.

Two things run behind the site and both are ordinary parts of serving one.

The service that hosts Karinva keeps server logs, as every host does. A log line records that a page was requested and when, which is what a host needs to serve pages and to keep the site standing up.

An error monitoring service records the technical detail of a page that breaks, so that it can be fixed. It is configured to take no personal information: not your IP address, not your request headers, not cookies. It is also deliberately not told which pages you move between, because that would be measuring readers under another name.

Nobody. We sell nothing, share nothing and hand nothing to an advertiser, a data broker or a project we cover.

The two services above see what is described above because they are what makes the site run, and they are bound by their own agreements to use it for that and nothing else. The one exception nobody controls is a lawful order: if we were required by law to hand something over, we would.

Scorecards cite their sources and those links leave this site. Once you are on someone else's page you are under their privacy policy and not this one, and we have no visibility of anything that happens there.

Mexican data protection law gives you the right to know what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted and to object to how it is used. Those rights are yours here and we will answer any request that exercises them.

In practice there is almost nothing to answer with, because Karinva holds no file on you: no name, no address, no account and nothing that identifies you. Write to hello@karinva.com and we will tell you plainly what we have.

If Karinva starts collecting something it does not collect today, this page changes first and carries a new date. It will not be quietly widened, and there will be no version of this page that describes something already happening.
